I've gone through a lot of mats, and mandukas have always held up the best. The stickyness is what I mainly look for in a good mat, as well as how long the material holds up the sticky quality. I noticed with a lot of mats after washing the material would start to degrade a bit causing them to become really slippery when wet. Important to avoid cheap mats because of that. I personally would recommend the Manduka over the Tapas collection.
