I cant tell you how many yoga mats I have destroyed over the past 7 years of daily Yoga practice. One thing I really love about this mat is how well the stickness holds up even after a year + of use and constant washing. A lot of mats I have used simply cant withstand the stains of being washed regularly. Definitely something I would recommend for intermediate to advanced, dedicated yoga practitioners.
