<description>Does anyone know if the jades have extra padding? I have knee problems and on the thinner mats the pressure of the hard ground causes my knee joint to get messed up.

What is a good recommended thickness to look for in a yoga mat for someone with knee issues?

Thanks, and I appreciate the response :)
